Tool training is an independent warm-up for using the on-screen tools. It is not a test, not an official assessment, and not affiliated with any assessment provider. Nothing here is scored and no results are recorded.
Protractor — training
Practise using this tool. This warm-up is not scored and is not part of any test.
What this tool does
Add a protractor and use it to build an angle.
This is a tool warm-up, not a test. It shows you how the tool works — there is no score and nothing here counts toward your mastery.
What you'll learn
Put the protractor's centre on the vertex and read an angle.
How to use it
- Add the protractor to the board.
- Put its centre point on the angle's vertex and line the baseline up with one ray.
- Read the angle where the other ray crosses the scale — add an angle to try it.
The protractor and angle are board objects inserted from the toolbar; both work with the keyboard.
Try it yourself
- Add a protractor to the board.
- On your own: Now add an angle shape to measure.
Now: Add a protractor to the board.
